Kong Καταβατήρας Indy Evo

Anti-panic descender with double autolocking system, particularly suited for works at a height and for emergency self evacuation. It blocks when let go (in case of illness or fainting) and when you press on the handle you may slow down your speed until stop (the more you press the more you brake).

INDY is a manually operated descender device with double auto-locking anti-panic system, that locks  both when the lever is released or when it is pressed. It is conform to EN 341 class A and it is  supplied with a STATIC ROPE LANYARD Ø 11.

In emergencies INDY may also be used with other 10  to 13 mm Ø static or dynamic ropes, but results could differ from standard requirements. INDY is also  a descender device (conform to EN 12841 type C) for working rope and it allows a descent at a  controlled speed and stop at any time, hands free, on a static rope (EN 1891) or dynamic rope (EN  892) Ø from 10 to 13 mm.
